Extractor fan malfunctioned, triggered a false fire alarm, and led to an unjust CHF 400 charge. TV remote didn't work, limiting access to your favorite shows, and there wasn't any complimentary water or adequate tea supply in the room. Breakfast options were limited, and noise from planes landing.

Had a pleasant stay for my business trip, recommend this place. Everything was fabulous, helpful staff, particularly nice views on the mountains. The location near to GVA airport was quiet and absolutely perfect. What's more, it was very close to centre and beach, and the flight path to GVA. Booked studio suite, that included a safe, central heating, and an iron.

The kitchenette was a real lifesaver for preparing light meals, while the nearby Lidl made grocery shopping effortless. Plus, we enjoyed the complimentary transport pass that opened up the city for exploration.

The bathroom had some stains that could use attention, and the gym facilities felt slightly lacking in equipment for a more varied workout experience.

The staff was shockingly unhelpful when I asked about the TV app. I seemed like I was living in a technological dark age, three nights of silence! No complimentary water or even decent tea. And don't even get me started on that ridiculous check-out policy. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The shower had a small leak that could use some attention. The location was superb, just a minute from public transport, and the staff were helpful with local tips and managing luggage. Plus, the breakfast spread was good!

I was quite disappointed with the heating situation. The advertised AC system barely worked. To make matters worse, I was unable to open any windows for fresh air, clearly misrepresented. It felt deceptive to pay so much for this kind of discomfort, and I did not get a restful sleep at all .
